Privacy Policy
This page explains how Everee Payroll & Budgeting Guide handles personal data collected through egreverpaysvee.com. It covers what we ask for, why we ask for it, how long we keep it, and how to reach us about a correction or a deletion. The same rules apply whether you are reading about salary calculations, comparing payroll software, or planning budgeting by pay cycle.
The short version
No account is needed to read any article on payroll, salary, or budgeting. The only personal data this site asks for is what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, and your message.
We do not sell or rent that data. We do not send marketing email. We do not collect payment details, because nothing on this site is sold.

What we ask for
Information we collect
We collect the information you provide directly, and that is limited to what you enter in the contact form: your name, your email address, and the content of your message. Nothing on this site requires an account, a password, or a sign-in of any kind. You can read every page about salary, payroll, and budgeting without giving us anything.
We do not collect payment information, because the site does not sell products, subscriptions, or services, and no payment is processed here. If you use the contact form to ask about a topic, to point out something that looks wrong in an article, or to suggest a subject we should cover, the only data involved is the text you choose to send.
Name
Used so a reply can be addressed to a person rather than to an address.
Email address
Used to answer your message. Not added to any mailing list.
Your message
Read by the people who maintain the site's payroll and budgeting articles.
Technical information
Like most websites, this one may record standard technical data while you read: the type of browser you use, whether you are on a phone or a desktop, which pages you opened, and the address you arrived from.
This data keeps the site working and shows which articles people actually find useful, so effort goes into the pages that help readers with gross-to-net pay and pay-cycle budgeting. It is not used to identify individual visitors, and it is not matched to the name or email you might send later through the contact form.
What the logs show
Browser and device type, pages visited, and the referring address. Enough to spot a broken page or a slow one, not enough to name a visitor.
What they do not show
They are not used to build a profile of you, and they are never joined to the details you send through the contact form.
Purpose
How we use information
To answer you
If you write to us with a question about a payroll article or a budgeting method, we use your email address to reply. That is the whole of it. Contact details are not used for marketing, and no newsletter is sent from this site.
To correct content
When a reader points out a figure, a term, or a step that reads wrong in an explanation of salary, gross-to-net pay, or pay-cycle budgeting, the message helps us fix the published page.
To plan topics
Suggestions tell us which subjects small employers and workers want explained next. We read them, group them, and use them to decide what to write. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties under any circumstance.
Sharing
We do not share personal data with third parties, with two narrow exceptions. The first is a legal requirement: if a lawful request compels disclosure, we comply. The second is operational: the service providers who keep the site running, such as hosting, may handle data only to the extent needed for that job, and are expected to treat it as confidential and to use it for nothing else.
We do not run advertising networks on this site, and we do not hand contact form entries to anyone for outreach. If you would rather not send a message at all, you can still read every page without contacting us.
Retention
Messages sent through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up that comes out of it. When a thread is finished and there is no reason to keep it, the message is removed. A correction that changes a published article may be kept longer, because it documents why the page changed.
Technical logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted or reduced to aggregated numbers that no longer point to a single visit. Aggregated counts of page views may be kept indefinitely, since they contain nothing that identifies a person.
Requests
Your rights
You can ask what personal data we hold from you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Send the request using the contact details at the bottom of this page, and include enough information for us to find your message, such as the email address you wrote from and roughly when you sent it.
We answer data requests the same way we answer any other message. If a request cannot be met, we explain why rather than ignoring it.
Children
The site is written for adults, and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and we do not design any part of the site to appeal to them. If you believe a child has sent us information through the contact form, write to us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the site or in applicable requirements. The current version is always published on this page, and the date below tells you when it was last revised. If a change affects what we do with contact form data, the updated wording appears here before the new practice takes effect.
Last revised: October 2026.
Questions readers ask about this policy
Do I have to give my name to use the contact form?
No. A name is simply how the reply gets addressed. If you would rather not give one, send the message anyway and we will answer the email address you used.
Will I be added to a mailing list after I write to you?
No. Contact details are used to reply to the message you sent. There is no newsletter, no promotional email, and no sharing of your address with anyone else.
Does the site store anything about my salary or my budgeting figures?
No. The articles explain methods and terms; they are not a calculator and they do not save anything you type. If you mention a figure in a message to us, it stays in that message and is used only to understand your question.
How do I get my message deleted?
Write to the email address below, say that you want the message deleted, and give us the address you wrote from. We will remove it and confirm once it is done.
Contact
Questions about this policy, a correction to an article, or a request about your own data all go to the same place. We answer Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
